In order to provide the best customer service to our shared clients, Lakeland Regional Sewer District is notifying the local real estate community that the Lakeland Regional Sewer district is in its construction phase and is collecting monthly service charges. The construction phase is approximately 50% complete at this time. Please be aware that any recorded easements within the districts service area are obligated for sewer fees and the district is now in the process of filing liens for any delinquent accounts. The monthly service fees will increase once the project is completed, which is estimated to be December 2016 to February of 2017.
