Building or Buying and Need to Change Billing Information?

Did you just buy or sell a home and need to transfer billing information? There are a few ways you can get this done:

  • By Telephone: You can call our billing company direct 866-418-6241
    • Office hours are M-F 9am – 5pm EST
    • After hour calls will be returned next business day.
    • If you get a recording please leave a call-back number and time you can be reached.
  • By Email: Send us an email with your information at lakeland@awtbillingservices.com
  • By Postal Mail: You may mail your information to:
    • Lakeland Regional Sewer District
      PO Box 2492
      Indianapolis, IN 46206-2492

Notes: Transferring of billing information cannot be done until after your closing date. You will need to provide a service address and a billing address. You will need to provide a method of contact, preferably email address and a phone number.
