The Lakeland Regional Sewer District (LRSD) has cancelled its regular meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 15, 2020.
The decision to cancel the meeting was to lead by example on the importance of staying home.
At the March, 18, 2020 meeting, the Lakeland Regional Sewer District adopted Resolution number 2020-01 “COVID 19 Emergency Claim Payment Procedures”. This resolution authorizes Mike DeWald, LRSD’s Treasurer and his designee to pay all expenses of the District which may not be able to be allowed in advance by the Board and which must be paid prior to the end of the Public Health Emergency declared by Indiana Governor Holcomb.
Other than assuring the payment of District’s expenses, there were no items that required immediate approval and could be addressed at the next meeting.
