We offer many options to make your bill payment easy and hassle-free

Make a One-Time Payment

You may make a one-time payment online through our payment portal. You may pay with credit, debit, or via e-check. Credit or debit will incur a 3% convenience fee, while e-check will incur a 0.75% convenience fee.

Enroll in Automatic Monthly Payments via ACH

Once you are enrolled in our automatic ACH system, your monthly payment will be automatically transferred from your checking or savings account on the last business day of each month. This is no fee for using this service.

Pay via your Bank’s Online Bill Pay Service

Many banks offer a free or low-cost online bill pay service. While the instructions to set up this service will vary from bank to bank, you will need to be sure you use the correct mailing address for your LRSD bill:

Also, be sure to schedule the payment so that it will be received on time, before the end of the month.

Mail a Check to Pay Your Bill

Of course you may also send us a check via postal mail each month. Be sure to return your check with the mailed invoiced receipt. Please put account number or service address on check memo line.

Billing Questions?

Customers will be able to reach a dedicated customer service representative during the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) by calling 866-418-6241.  Any messages left outside of business hours will be returned on the next business day.
